To ensure that everything is safely packed in your new suitcases, we can produce suitable foam inserts for you according to your requirements. We will support you with our many years of experience from planning to implementation. Of course, it’s not just about the safety of your products. The effect on your customers when presenting your products is also significantly better with a custom-made insert in an elegant case. When planning, we can work with your technical drawings, sketches or dimensioned photographs. If you want to place very complicated shaped objects in the foam, you can also send them to us and we will measure them for you.
We have various materials to choose from for your foam inserts.
From PE foams and PU foams to foams with special properties, you will find everything in our wide range. Whether you prefer a simple, elegant black or grey, or if you would rather present your products in bright colors, you are sure to find what you are looking for. We can even apply our PE foams in two layers so that it is clearly visible if an item is not in its intended place.

Our new Carbon Touch and Carbon Foil surfaces are not only visually impressive. They are also very water-repellent and can actually be wiped clean. In combination with the slightly firmer NA 36 foam, for example, liquids hardly stand a chance of penetrating the foam itself. This duo is therefore also well suited for use in places where it could get wet.
Most of our PE foams can be laser engraved with a logo or lettering. The carbon foil surface can even be digitally printed. This gives the case your personal touch on the inside too.
Of course, it’s not just our foam inserts that we can make to your specifications. We can also make (almost) anything possible for the interior lining. For example, we can integrate a flexible partition wall system into the case by using our tried-and-tested slotted foam. Simply contact us directly and let us know your requirements!
Grid foam - our flexible alternative
Anyone looking for a flexible alternative to custom-made foam inserts is well advised to use our grid foams. Most of our cases have grid foam in the base as standard. This grid foam is pre-perforated. This makes it easy to cut out individual pieces to the desired shape yourself. We have the grid foam in stock for many of our cases.
